Woorgreen and Crabtree Hill
We have been working on Woorgreen GWT Reserve every other week for a while doing heathland restoration. This time we were joined by the very inquisitive Highland Cattle.
The number of registered breeding cows in the United Kingdom in 2021 was 3161. The conservation status of the breed in the United Kingdom is listed as endangered/at risk. The number of unregistered cattle is not known.
