Ridley Bottom Nature Reserve GWT
Grid Ref SO563985
Ridley Bottom Nature Reserve still needs the over hanging trees around the edges cut back to open it up for summer flowers. The field had been cut and baled after the summer so that the area was cleared of dead grass and bracken. We heard the local hunt calling their hounds and saw three of the hounds running along the lower edge of the site.
Can you help us to identify the fungi???
What are these fungi?
We have searched on the internet and cannot find them. They are growing in the earth and not on old wood.
Please contact us if you know!
