Edgehills Bog GWT Nature Reserve

At last, it felt more like an early spring day with blue skies during the afternoon on Edgehills Bog! This week, we were clearing in a different area to the left of the entrance gate. Our large team quickly took down the smaller birch and larch leaving young oak and most of the gorse. The Exmoor ponies use this area a lot in the summer although they are currently in a newer area of Edgehills Bog which has been recently fenced.
