Lea Bailey Pond

The last time we were at Lea Bailey Pond was in 2013. There has now been 11 years of vigorous re-growth round the pond to the point that the pond can no longer be seen!

The steep sides down to the pond were very slippery. Our task was to try and clear the tree canopy and to lay the trees along lines beside the tracks.There were so many small and medium sized trees growing so we did our best!

	Hidden in the depths!
	This shows part of the clearing but the pond was still hidden by the trees at the back of the image.
