Staple Edge

A large area at Staple Edge had been re-planted with broad leaf trees about 6 years ago. It was now time to remove the tree guards. The area also has high deer fencing around it so the young trees have a good chance of growing.

There must have been up to a hundred trees guards which are held in place by wooden stakes. |

Plastic ties are cut by the team (and removed from the scene) to separate the tree guards from the stakes.
