5 January 2010

We soon had a few good fires burning and were very appreciative of a hot Christmas pudding provided by a local resident.

We were to continue clearing up and burning the brush we had cut down on our previous visit. An overcast day prelude to the imminent snow showers to come even though there was still some snow lying from the previous weeks snowfall. It was really freezing though so we wanted to get going just to warm up!

Snow started to fall at lunchtime which meant an early end to the day as some of us live on high, untreated roads.

Christmas pudding!
