Staple Edge

The team drove up the track towards Staple Edge to work round a large enclosure which was surrounded by high deer fencing.This was a continuation of the same task we had done on the 18th July.

We removed the fencing as quite a lot of it was damaged or broken. It had been there for many years.

 

 

Pulling out the chicken wire at the bottom of the main fencing was an arduous task.

 

 

A great many staples had to be removed from the posts and we made sure that we collected them all.

 

 

We completed all the fence removal round the large area and the rolled up fencing will be taken away.
